Job Description

Business Development Manager is pivotal to the team’s success. This role will manage all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, qualifying, product demonstrations, and closing deals. The position will collaborate with R&D, customer service and production to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibility:

  • Analyses market, segment, competitors and consumers trends in order to ensure the effectiveness of the sales, marketing programs, offers
  • Provides feedback on business model (customer relationship, channel, partners, internal resource)
  • Builds long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develops opportunities in target markets with support of marketing
  • Creates gap analysis with current portfolio in order to identify new opportunities
  • Identifies growth opportunities and areas for market evolution by applying insights
  • Deploy the go to market plan and ensure the deployment of the offer
  • Assess the value of the offer and its competitive price positioning

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education:
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Finance
Experience:
  - 5 years of experience with at least 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the B2B sector or OEM
