Functional medicine consists of VitalLife Medical Wellness center and Medical Gym. CAM consists of Thai Traditional Medicine (TTM). Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda, Energy Healing, and Therapeutic Spa. The range of treatments, facilities, and services is unmatched anywhere in the world. RAKxa will be able to treat guests with a wide array of health issues and concerns.


RAKxa’s world-class doctors and specialists across a multiple of disciplines work together to assess each guests and gain understanding into their root causes of problems. This allows them to combine multiple disciplines of medicine into one comprehensive treatment program, completely individualized to each guests, whether they’re business executives, active retirees, young entrepreneurs, or high-performance athletes, to have most appropriate and effective treatment.

Job Description

In this role you are a key ambassador for the hotel and the brand, and will work with your team to create one of the most powerful first impressions for our guests. You will need a friendly outgoing personality, and will be an information provider, diplomat, salesperson and hotel representative, all of which needs to be carried out with the utmost politeness, efficiency, and friendliness. You must remain up-to-date with current knowledge about all the products, services and facilities including; room types and rates, food and beverage outlets and promotions, health & wellness offerings. You will ensure that you are fully compliant with all brand standards and Front Office Standard Operating Procedures. You will ensure that all guests are enjoying a positive and memorable experience.

Qualifications

• College diploma in hotel management or related field.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Experience with Front Office systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
