Job Description

To support the administration and development of resources used to review, analyze and improve guest metrics for Anantara Kalutara Resort and Avani Kalutara Resort Such resources include, but are not limited to: brand standards, operating procedures, document management, process measures, audits, self-assessments, guest satisfaction data.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree
• Minimum two years’ experience with a five star hotel operation or the service industry sector
• Detail-oriented – strict attention to detail and accuracy
• Expert skills with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Strong data analysis skills
