Job Description

B2B Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all B2B corporate marketing activities as they relate to the Minor Hotels Group and their respective brands. The role will need to ensure all communications are in line with the relevant brand standards.

Qualifications

 

  • Well versed in B2B marketing, with proven track records of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies
  • Sound knowledge of the hotel business and its facilities, with a strong focus on MICE and other related areas
  • Excellent project management skills, multitasking and effective communicator across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to synthesize multiple data and research and translate into creativity generating effective marketing concept
  • Outstanding organizational and analytical skills 
  • Great attention to detail
  • Effective team player, ability to integrate across multiple teams
  • Strong managerial skills, with strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent level of English, ability to speak, read and write English to a high marketing/communication level
  • Be self-motivated, a strong team player and able to work and adapt under pressure
  • Advanced computer literacy and detailed knowledge of various computer programs including a strong proficiency of Microsoft office
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Point; Basic graphic design is a plus
  • Ability to manage the relationship with external agencies and suppliers
  • Ability to travel when required

 

Additional Information

 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B Marketing or Communications in the hospitality industry
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalent required; Masters a plus
