• Provide exceptional guest service at all times
• Provide quality international standard Spa treatments 
• Work collaboratively with the team across 2 Spas as needed 
• Assist with demonstrations and events 
• Participate in new training 
• Effectively meet guest needs, build positive customer relations
• Actively contribute to Spa business and revenue 

• Previous 5* resort  spa experience as a Therapist
• Able to communicate in English, additional language is an advantage
• Well-groomed and a high standard of personal hygiene required
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• At least 1 year Spa experience is necessary
