Job Description

This person is responsible for full life-cycle from recruiting, developing and employee relations. They will support HR operations team to successfully deliver HR programs, systems, and procedures. They will be active on all social touchpoints and related interactive channels to evaluate the recruiting, onboarding, development, employee relations, and separation process.

Main Responsibilities:

Employee Journey

  • Defines behaviors that will reinforce the organization’s DNA to achieve business objectives
  • Performs evaluation of HR operations process to align with organization’s DNA by collecting and analyzing multiple levels of employee feedback
  • Identifies formal and informal channels to automate and embed technology across HR
  • Monitors all social touch-points and related interactive channels to evaluate the recruiting, on-boarding, development, employee relations, and separation process
  • Assists with the maintenance and enhancements within HR platform to ensure efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Conducts new employee on-boarding for head office employees to familiarize with company standards and expectations, and other employee service programs

Employee Relation / Engagement

  • Creates content for all social touch points to align with annual Engagement Plan
  • Communicates, interprets and implements People & Culture policies and procedures
  • Assists with the development and implementation of specialized recognition programs, learning programs; makes recommendations to team
  • Develops, supports and administers an effective employee relations program and ensures a positive and supportive work environment
  • Defines insight and people priorities from engagement survey result

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration  or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR functions
  • Background in retail/apparel/ fashion/ fashion accessories is preferable
