Job Description

Sr. HR Operational Services Manager is responsible for leading end to end HR operations including HR Process & Policy and HR Compliance, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HRIS & Reporting. This role is focusing on effectiveness and efficiency of end- to-end HR service delivery and provide solutions for HR operational challenges to enhance standards of HR services and employee experiences to the next level. In addition, this role will act as an expert of rewards and recognition for the Minor Lifestyle.

Employee Journey

  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance tiered HR service delivery model to standardize and enhance employee experience while reducing business distractions across businesses under Minor Lifestyle
  • Proactively analyse work and identify opportunities for performance improvement initiatives and drive enhancement for better employee experience
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and line managers in the organization to deliver HR excellence through the employee life-cycle from candidate attraction to exit

Organization Design

  • Work closely with AVP HR and HR business partners to develop standard criteria or guideline to improve or review organization structure to balance governance, efficiency and responsiveness
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to identify and plan workforce needed for current and future businesses

Rewards & Recognition

  • Develop and implement rewards and recognition strategy and manage ongoing executions of all rewards and recognition programs to ensure cost effectiveness, market competitiveness, internal equity, in alignment with the organization's mission and vision and applicable laws and regulations
  • Act as Center of Excellence (COE) for rewards and recognition to support and advise managers or HR business partners under Minor Lifestyle

HR Report and Operational Activities

  • Review current data gathering process and collaborate with HR business partners and other HR COEs for analysis to provide more insightful and impact information for HR report
  • Manage end to end operational activities for recruitment, performance management, succession planning, administration, employee relations and HR systems maintenance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Administration fields
  • Minimum 10-year experience of HR in both corporate and consulting businesses
  • Experience in handling multi types of businesses or stakeholders will be advantage
