The Hygiene Officer's role within our Resorts plays a significant role in ensuring the progress of the Food Safety Management System in the hotel. As Hygiene Officer you will ensure all the team members are competent and trained. You are responsible for coordination with third party auditors for Food Safety Management System. You are also responsible for conducting regular inspections of all food preparation, handling and serving areas. Preparing the monthly Hygiene & Safety report is also one of the Hygiene Officer's responsibility. He or She will also work closely with health and safety-related needs of the hotel. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health or any related field

• HACCP Certificate Holder

• Previous related experience in the field

• Knowledge of Hygiene and Safety Procedures
