Job Description

As Marketing Manager for two new opening properties you will be responsible for preparing brand marketing programs, budgets and assist in developing promotion plans, calendar and executing the plans. Conducting marketing and promotion testing, managing relationship with external advertising agency, Tracking the effectiveness of promotional campaign, providing support in preparing CRM initiatives, e.g. e-mail blasts, newsletters, member events. Sourcing suppliers, negotiate on behalf of the Brand’s prices policy, terms and conditions. Maintaining optimum level of inventories whilst achieving sales, cost and stock turn objectives. Providing recommendations to counter team on effective purchasing strategies, including supply quantity, collection availability and prices. Assist in developing PR plans, writing media releases, media visits, media hosting and FAM trips.  Develop social media strategy with the guidance of DOMC, managing all social media accounts on a daily basis, taking photos, content creation and writing

Qualifications

• Bachelor ‘s degree in Marketing
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, PR, social media
• Preferably experience in working with Doha hotels, GCC hotels, Arabic speaking and writing skills is the advantage

Additional Information

• English: Advanced both speaking and writing
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint
• Familiarity with social media and marketing analytics
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Creativity and commercial awareness
