You will have full accountability for managing the individual Holistic & Medical unit. This position requires commitment to achieving sustainable growth through continuous analysis of business and team member performance, and a dedication to increase customer demand. In order to do this it is important to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with business partners, guests and team members alike. You will be committed to continually developing the Holistic and Medical team members, whilst ensuring that the spa is consistently operating at, or above, agreed standards and achieving maximum profitability.

•Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy or any other Bachelor’s degree.

•Certified/ qualified for Naturopath Physician and/or Naturopath Practitioner.

•At least 5 years experience in a client facing role for a reputable wellness operation.

•Excellent service knowledge in at least 2 holistic modalities.

•Guest focused integrative, co-operative approach with guests and colleagues.

•Highly motivated with excellent leadership skills.

•Strong knowledge of spoken and written in English skills
