Job Description

You will be responsible for effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative and secretarial function to ensure that the supervisor effectively perform his/her job. From maintaining the administrative organization that includes typing, filing, correspondence and distributing in-coming mails/faxes computerized database of all report and systematic plan to follow up handling appointments, incoming calls, taking the minutes of meeting and provide any assistance to the executives to ensure the smoothness and efficiency. You will work and coordinate with other departments to ensure that the responsible job of the department meets target and goals

Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor Degree in any field
  • At least 5 year experience in executive secretarial work with international companies
  • Effective telephone communication skills, and computer literate-Proficiency in English Communication
  • Typewriting both English and Thai
  • Dynamic and able to work under pressure
