Job Description

Job Purpose:

To direct and manage overall Repair & Maintenance activities of MFG. This position often requires travel for site reviews, field surveys, meeting attendance, and performance evaluation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic, expert advice and consultation on maintenance effective program including process analysis, redesign, reengineering and organizational effectiveness.Identifies and recommends the short, medium, and long term maintenance strategic plans and objectives for the approval and implement.
  • Provide leadership, strategic direction, and control overall aspects of the maintenance activities in order to minimize expense, utilize asset use and improve productivity.
  • Manage all preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and pest control for all stores outlet and develop process to utilize outsource capability to meet SLA (Service Level Acceptant) for all brands in MFG including both equity and franchise stores.Lead outsourcing strategy to ensure business objectives are achieved, developing new business opportunities through expansion of store portfolio.
  • Negotiate the major supplier contracts in quantities, quality and at prices and conditions which meet the company-s needs at the most advantage terms.Ensure mechanical & electrical equipment, facilities system, and decoration to meet the standard of operation excellent and safety.
  • Ensure all machine and equipment complies with legislative requirement.Drive innovation, continuous improvement and change using better, simpler, cheaper principles, using broad business knowledge and experience to support and deliver change.
  • Direct and accountable for budgeting and controlling of Capital Expenditures and Operation Expenditures for maintenance and replacement activities.

  • Adhere to the company-s employee rules & regulations.Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.
  • Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times, positively representing the MFG.
  • Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.
  • Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
  • Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times. 
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Able to solve technical problems.
  • Able to communicate and work effectively with others.
  • Able to analyse problems in areas of repair & maintenance and mechanical & electrical equipment.
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering- Master Degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years- experience in maintenance manager.
