Job Description

Preparing and producing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, 5-year plan and feasibility of various initiatives. Assisting in enforcing, documenting and establishing adequate controls for all revenues and expenses and safeguard of assets. Assisting in implementing and maintaining acceptable accounting practices and procedures as required by Company’s policy, and generally accepted accounting practices

Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Experience:3-5 years of experience in Accounting
  • Effective telephone communication skills, and computer literate
  • Proficiency in English Communication

Additional Information

  • Providing administrative support and coordinates between parties (properties, other center departments, suppliers and customers)
  • Compliances with Management Agreement
  • Developing financial models and analyses
  • Preparing and analyzing monthly management reports
  • monthly closings and year-end closing are accurate and on timely basis;
  • financial and operating information are maintained accurate and timely;
  • receivable management is made
  • Performing any other related duties and special projects as assigned
