Job Description

•Conducting internal Food Hygiene audit & recommending the corrective action
•Preparing training programs, cleaning schedule & review of HACCP Manual
•Verification of the CCP monitoring & records
•Investigation of Food poisoning allegation &  preparing the report
•Conducting HACCP/EHS meetings & providing recommendations to Management for improvements in the Food safety and EHS
•Follow up on the microanalysis reports of Food, water & ice
•Monitoring the receiving & rejection policy of food items in to the Hotel
•Conducting Basic Food Safety internal Training for food handlers.
•Leading Green globe implementation, training, auditing and monitoring
• Assisting departments in conducting Risk assessment for all activities in the Hotel
•Leading evacuation drill exercise and emergency preparedness exercise for the team members
