Director of Food & Beverage is accountable for the efficient operations of the Food and Beverage Division, while ensuring the provision of quality food and beverage service as an industry leader, while maximizing turnover and maintaining the highest possible departmental revenues and profit margin. The position is incumbent, represents hotel management, when dealing with all operational and guest service issues related to the Food and Beverage Division.

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or reliable trade qualification of similar capacity.
• 2-3 years in a similar F&B management role in a luxury brand.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Food & Beverage management level (Director preferred) position.
• Experience working in a luxury brand in GCC would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken and written business English.
• Able to manage diverse operations with a multicultural team.
• Creativity and innovation in Food and Beverage concepts and operations
• Demonstrable achievements in improving customer satisfaction and profitability
• Strong personality who fosters good team working relations with pleasant personality.
