You will be working closely with Cost Controller to ensure that purchasing system is effective and all supplies, equipment, and relevant services are purchased while maintaining high quality standards and cost effectiveness. Start from responsible for process a payment of all projects as agreed issue purchasing order for all reimbursement and all contract fees process budget set up in Oracle with the accounting team conduct a payment forecast of all projects and lastly you would be responsible for sourcing the supplier data.

• BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Working knowledge in project scheduling, purchasing, shipping Incoterms and processes. 
• Hands-on experience with purchasing software
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Negotiation skills
• Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.

• Good health, well groomed and with high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times 
• Physically strong, energetic and dynamic person with a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self-control
