Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Drive, manage and execute both long and short terms strategies for digital marketing on different key channels (e.g. social, search, mobile)
  • Support business growth in line with company goals and KPI while maintaining marketing budget
  • Regularly provide recommendation base on result analysis, report trends, habits, attitudes and behavior of online customers to identify opportunities and strengthen digital media planning
  • Responsible for innovating and managing digital road-map and digital products offering to improve acquisition and conversation
  • Close partnership with Local Marketing teams to advance multi-channel marketing strategy
  • Build strategic relationship with major partners / techs / publishers to optimise digital channel performance, visibility and other related marketing campaigns
  • Engage and utilise different tools / technology and channel to enhance performance. identify opportunities to enhance performance
  • Act as a team quality controller who can inspire and mobilize team to produce quality and timely products
  • Accelerate maturity of digital marketing capability internally through consistency, empowerment and sharing  
  • Accountable for hitting goals and driving sustainable growth
  • Be the key point of contact for internal and external partners
  • Provide guidance to the team in execution, implementation and maximizing the ROI

  • Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required
  • Exercise responsible behaviour at all times, positively representing the Minor Food
  • Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners
  • Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming
  • Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Job Specifications:

  • Excellent communication skills are a must combined with a disciplined experience background
  • Deep understanding on all things Digital: SEM, social, mobile, programmatic and alike
  • Innovation and ideas and working as part of a team are essential
  • A leader to grow, guide and set an example of the team
  • Willing to learn quickly and adapt to the exciting challenges in working across different brands
  • Good professional judgement and confidence in dealing with external and internal stakeholders and different parties
  • Proficient in English

Education:

  • Master/Degree holder in Media Advertising/ Communications or relevant subjects

Experience:

  • Over 8 years of related experience with 3 years in Managerial grade or above at least
