Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, your day to day activities will include the Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa and Avani+ Riverside Bangkok in the main areas of: Social Medias; Facebook, Instagram, Line, Websites; only lead traffic to main website of both hotels.

You will be the voice of our Anantara brand to handle all marketing communications matters, develop and maintain effective communications on E-communications and E-Marketing as well as maintaining relationships with media bodies, society and opinion leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure that the brand is moving to the desired directions as following;

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day support of the social media department such as our website, blog, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram

  • Creation and maintenance of online product listing content

  • Partner with creative team in planning social media images

  • To effectively communicate the loyalty programs by building an understanding of the needs of the current customers and drive sales through customer loyalty offerings

  • Manage the CRM & loyalty strategy to improve acquisition and retention of customers

  • Manage all marketing communications with program members via email and direct mail; and database

  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in social media, fashion, video and photography

  • Implement new strategies into shooting, retouching and styling to stream-line the overall social process

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in marketing, marketing communication or any related field / THAI only
• At least 5 years experience in PR & marketing communication, online markeing from hotel or agency
• Experienced in writing and editing proposals and publications.
• Strong (written and verbal) communications skills.
• Excellent English skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Result-oriented
