Job Description

Overall Purpose

To support Insurance Senior Manager to manage insurance program, maintain insurance policy, handling all claims and  administrative works, be a main contact point from all parties.

4.1 – Insurance Program Renewal  

-  Assist Insurance Senior Manager to manage annual renewal process for Corporate Insurance.

-  Prepare all required documents regarding renewal process and coordinate with all involved parties.

4.2 – Manage Claim

-  Assist and handle claims and reporting as required.

-  Follow up the claim and reimbursement process to ensure maximize reimbursement in the shortest period

4.3- Maintain Insurance Policy & Support Insurance Part for New Project

-  Be a contact for BUs and Brokers to update sum insured and maintain insurance policy.

-  Assist and support insurance for the new project.

4.4 – Others

-  Act as a consultant for day-to-day inquiry from each business unit.

-  Be a contact point and coordinate with other functions, business units, and all involved parties to complete assignment.

-  Manage to ensure of effective document filing, scanning and updating.

Qualifications

Education:

-  Bachelor Degree in Insurance and Risk Management or any related filed

Experience:

-  Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience handling commercial insurance, preferably including construction/contracting insurance experience.

-  Relationship Skills - ability to develop and sustain positive and co-operative working relationships with a broad variety of manages and partners within/outside the Company.

-  Communication Skills – superior oral and written communication skills required; must be able to confidently deal with a wide diversity of people.
