1.    Job Purpose:

               IT Coordinator will be responsible in deploying IT solutions to business units as part of a solution delivery team. He/She will have to co-lead IT projects and implement store front-of-house systems. He/She will provide close project management and technical support to ensure IT projects and solutions are deployed successfully. He/She will coordinate with project stakeholders and vendors on project activities and deliverables.

               IT Coordinator will be a part of the team that initiate and deploy projects including providing technical system support, helping develop and support those applications running on The Minor Food Group’s IT environment, and reporting directly to IT Manager, The Minor Food Group PCL

2.    Main Duties:

[Project Coordinator]

·         Co-lead IT projects that deploy IT solutions to multiple locations in Thailand or International sites.

·         Gather and document business requirements and translate into project proposals.

·         Support multiple technology projects and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear and deliverables are met.

·         Coordinate with project stakeholders on project activities and deliverables

·         Prepare and maintain Sales Reports (using MS Excel program) for the responsible brand(s), which has its own committed delivery time on a daily basis.

·         Work closely with project teams and stakeholders – CSC, Operation and Accounting team of the responsible brand(s).

[POS Solution Coordinator]

·         Deploy POS solution features & functions of the Radiant systems (i.e Aloha, Menulink, iPad, Tablet, etc.).

·         Coordinate between users and POS vendor(s) and System Integrator (SI) for pre & post installation activities, or problem solving etc.

·         Documentation and filing for POS solution related issues.

·         Coordinate with IT vendors and Project team for new sites (branches) installation.

[Technical Team Member]

·         Support and maintaining IT systems for each assigned brand(s).

·         Coordinate with users in all companies under The Minor Food Group and CSC (Call Center) for PC application support.

·         Occasionally visit outlets and factory for pre & post application implementation activities.

·         Provide support and configuration changes to improve store systems.

Job Profile

• Participate in the design, development, implementation and support of POS Software Solutions to meet business needs
• Responsibility to create and update manual operation documents to training user
• Enhanced support in depth for both application and programming level
• Analyze the root cause of discrepancy and propose correct value to implement
• Assures timely and effectively for developing program
• 5-days work

Education:

·          Bachelor degree or equivalent

Qualifications:

·         Familiar with testing IT systems and organizing end-user testing (UAT)

·          Be an experienced user for Microsoft Office software, for example; Excel, Word, Powerpoint – MS Access will be an advantage.

·          Familiar with LAN and Windows environment.

·          Knowledgeable on the PC Programming: MS Access, MS SQL database command and tools.

·          Good Thai communication skills, fluency in English language will be an advantage

Experience:

·         5-7 years of IT experience, 3-4 years of IT system deployments, and 2-3 years of supporting IT projects.

·         3 years of IT technical support of end-users.

·         2 years of IT end-user documentation, testing, and training manuals
