If you are passionate about the changing digital world on how we connect with consumers, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to assist us in bringing our digital initiatives to live.

This role sits within the eCommerce Digital team and will work closely with the eCommerce, Marketing Communications and Product teams to devise and implement marketing digital campaigns. The role's main responsibility will be to create, drive AVC digital platforms to hit transactional revenue targets.

Area of responsibilities:

Campaign Implementation (50%)

  • Assist in the execution of various marketing initiatives in the digital space through effective coordination and management of timelines and deliverables
  • Responsible for the execution of campaign requirements to ensure accuracy and clarity of information is implemented on campaign websites, landing pages, digital catalogues, booking engine etc
  • Work closely with our marketing communication team to develop effective communication in the digital space (e.g. social posts, digital ads, mobile text messages)

Campaign Development (30%)

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. CRM teams, call center teams, club operations, finance & collection team, legal and IT teams) and external stakeholders (e.g. digital developer partners, ecommerce partners) in developing marketing initiatives
  • Utilize data-driven insights collected through an array of sources like Google Analytics, CRM reports and Finance Reports to develop and continuously improve campaign performance      
  • Leverage on the ever-changing digital tools and capabilities to improve campaign performance  

Campaign Administration (20%)

  • Track digital performance through maintaining analytics tools reports to provide accurate and up-to-date information  
  • Support in the reporting, tracking and compilation of key performance data in a timeline manner
  • Reporting of budget forecasts and actual to ensure spend discipline is maintained across all channels

Qualifications

  • Education: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Past Working experience: Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concept and best practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and thrive in an ever-changing environment
  • Have a curious and inquisitive interest in the changing digital environment
  • Possess a keen eye for details and accuracy
  • Budgetary and financial accountability
