Position Overview

The Call Centre Administrator-FV is responsible for supporting Shanghai Call Centre FV project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Production team check room availability via system

  • Assist the team to make reservation

  • Assist to Book Tour

  • Update related Master

  • Assist for package price calculation

  • Handle amendment & cancellation

  • Check SPI

  • Send out payment & update

  • Check and reply email

  • Provide a high level of customer service for Club Points Owners through the Club Services Centre, website and various communication channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Ensure Club Owners Points and other reservations are handled in a timely, courteous and efficient manner

  • Handle all customer concerns or complaint to a satisfactory resolution

  • Establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with Exchange companies, alliance partners, Anantara Resorts and other MNOR departments

  • Encourage use of Club resorts to achieve a high occupancy and maximum use of space

  • Represent Anantara Vacation Club in a professional, courteous and sincere fashion in order to foster good working relationships with all our customers, internal and external in line with company values

  • Role Model behaviors expected from staff in line with company values

  • Complete other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time

  • Strive to achieve key performance indicators for customer satisfaction ratings

  • Minimize instances of contract cancellation due to service delivery failure

  • Help ensure Club Resorts operate at an Occupancy level in line with company targets

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to, problem solving, organized, detail oriented, follow through

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Level of spoken English

  • Ability to work as a team player, in a personable and positive manner

  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume environment

  • Demonstrating willingness to seek new knowledge

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills etc.

  • Bachelor degree. More than one year experience in administrative area

  • Good computer skills, presentation skills and English communication skills

  •  Able to work and learn quickly and accurately in a high volume environment

  •  Able to perform well under deadlines and respond well to an environment of constant change. Has good business sense

  • Cultural sensitivity to regional differences in China

  • Able to work under pressure, willing to take ownership and responsibilities, never give in, great passion and confidence on success, self-discipline, self-motivate and drive for result
