1. Job Purpose:

To direct and manage overall Repair & Maintenance activities of Hotel. 

2. Main Responsibilities:

 ·         Provide strategic, expert advice and consultation on maintenance effective program including process analysis, redesign, reengineering and organizational effectiveness.

·         Identifies and recommends the short, medium, and long term maintenance strategic plans and objectives for the approval and implement.

·         Provide leadership, strategic direction, and control overall aspects of the maintenance activities in order to minimize expense, utilize asset use and improve productivity.

·         Lead outsourcing strategy to ensure business objectives are achieved, developing new business opportunities through expansion of store portfolio.

·         Negotiate the major supplier contracts in quantities, quality and at prices and conditions which meet the company’s needs at the most advantage terms.

·         Ensure mechanical & electrical equipment, facilities system, and decoration to meet the standard of operation excellent and safety.

·         Ensure all machine and equipment complies with legislative requirement.

·         Drive innovation, continuous improvement and change using better, simpler, cheaper principles, using broad business knowledge and experience to support and deliver change.

·         Direct and accountable for budgeting and controlling of Capital Expenditures and Operation Expenditures for maintenance and replacement activities.

Other Duties:

·         Adhere to the company’s employee rules & regulations.

·         Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.

·         Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.

·         Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

·         Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times.

·         Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

·         Able to solve technical problems

·         Able to communicate and work effectively with others

·         Able to analyse problems in areas of repair &  maintenance and mechanical & electrical equipment

Education:

·         Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering– Master Degree is a plus

Experience:

·         Minimum 10 years’ experience in mechanical & electrical equipment and facility maintenance and / or installation
