• Establish a professional and lasting relationship with customers on non-retail channels 

• Produce and update aging reports on monthly / weekly basis

• Analyse and give recommendations on any issues related to payment collection

• Monitoring payment collections and send reminders and statements to clients, posting and updating financial transaction into the finance system

• Work well in coordination with sales and marketing team.  

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fields 

Experience: 

• 2-3 years of Experience relevant job field

• The capability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadline
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skill esp. in Ms excel ( pivot table & Vlook up)
