You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest recognition and satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction by taking reservations (phone and email), greeting guests and accompany them to their table and monitor the table rotation. You may be asked to responsibilities for preparing and setting up area. Must be able to work in a standing position for duration of shift and push or pull heavy loads. Host/Hostess is one of the most important positions for influencing guest satisfaction. It is crucial that they extend service in a professional, friendly, courteous, efficient and timely fashion. 

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation 
• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent guest service skills
• Excellent English skills
