Job Description

1.     Job Purpose

 As part of Digital Transformation of Minor Food Store, responsible for ensuring the store staff’s understanding of IT and Technology introduced or used in store operation in an effective way. Educate store staff of proper use and maintain all IT equipment in store via training or any communication under supervisory of Brand Partner of responsible brand.  Subsequently, identify area or action of misconducted IT used in store and improve it accordingly.


Main Responsibilities

  • Performing IT audit assignments which include (but are not limited to) operation reviews, application reviews, security reviews, infrastructure reviews and general IT control reviews.
  • Compilation of process documentation, performance of interviews/walkthroughs, execution of audit testing, and documentation of results/deficiencies.
  • Preparation of audit reports to management.
  • Co-work with IT Brand partner and brand HR in conduct the IT training to store staff as well as any development of training document.
  • Visit store regularly to gather operation insight of IT and Technology used including impression, issue, concern as information to continuous improve IT usage and IT Service Desk Support.
  • Perform IT Audit at store level, discuss audit result with brand partner and stipulate action plan together with brand to resolve issue.
  • Be focal point of store in area of concern, unclear, issue in utilizing IT or Technology.

 

Qualifications

Education:

·         Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT related field

Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality
  • Solid qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, i.e. be able to spot potential issues through observation and analysis.
  • Solid problem solving skills, i.e. able to understand the root cause of an issue.
  • Analytical and systematic thinking skill.
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office with some knowledge in Microsoft operating systems: Windows 7-10, and etc.
  • Basic knowledge on IT network and infrastructure.
  • Strong organizational skills, good human relation skills to effectively interact with personnel throughout the Information Technology and customer departments.
  • Readiness to travel upcountry is an advantage.
  • Possess customer service orientated mindset.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of working experience in IT.
  • Experience in IT in retails business is preferred and advantage.
