The Loyalty & Partner Marketing Assistant Manager is a passionate Commercial Leader who is excited about developing and implementing the strategies required to deliver the best experience for our loyal customers.  With a deep interest in encouraging the learning and development of others, the ideal candidate is able to absorb new information quickly and share it so that those they work with so they can be empowered to succeed in their individual roles.  As a clear communicator, this candidate will be able to manage various projects and WOW both internal and external stakeholders, always delivering clear reports that demonstrate how the successful initiatives that you have led have been achieved.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Marketing Communications or equivalent operational experience is required.
  • 3 – 5 years in marketing positions preferably with loyalty program and/or partner marketing experience.
  • Experience in customer relations and associate training is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, and more). Experienced in training, learning development and customer service is a plus.
  • Be self-motivated, a strong team player and enable to work under pressure and coordinate/prioritize workload. 
  • Project a professional image to maintain the reputation of the brand when communicating internally and externally.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and computer literacy.
