The boat crew primary responsibility is to assist the Boat Captain administer the day-to-day operations needs of boat, goods and passengers. Duties include seeing the safety of goods / items during their journey, ensuring all equipment on-board are in perfect working condition and the boat is well-maintained and clean.

• GCE O'Level pass
• Must have at least minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity
• Physically fit to work in the supply boat
• Strong on the sea, knows how to swim and willing to work long hours
• Good communication skills
• Must have maldivian maritime training certificate
