Job Description

Guest Service Officer is on the front line of guest interactions, and as a Hospitality Ambassador for the hotel and resort should always provide prompt and courteous service delivery to all guests. You will oversee all matters relating to the day-to-day Front operation to maintain the highest level of quality in both product and services. You will be one of the key influencing factors in guest satisfaction, and as such it is your responsibility to ensure that guests are delighted and impressive by the quality of service and comfort during their stay. It will be your personal responsibility to drive up-selling within the Front Office Department, Food & Beverage Outlets, and to work together effectively with all other departments to ensure a great experience for all of our guests.

Qualifications

• College degree in hotel management or related field
• Strong guests service ethic, ability to deal and handle one to one difficult and complaint situations with guests.
• Strong communication and written skills
• Experience with Front Office Systems
• Attention to details

• Flexible in approach and supportive of others.

• Highly passion in service
