Such resources include, but are not limited to: brand standards, operating procedures, document management, process measures, audits, self-assessments, and guest satisfaction data.

Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree
  • Minimum two years’ experience with a hotel operation or the service industry sector
  • Detail-oriented – strict attention to detail and accuracy
  • Expert skills with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Strong English writing and communication skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Results oriented individual with a high-energy work ethic
  • Effective team player as well as able to work effectively independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable personality to work within a dynamic and high performing group
