Your main tasks is to support the administration and development of resources used to review, analyze and improve guest metrics for all MH brands. Such resources include, but are not limited to: brand standards, operating procedures, document management, process measures, audits, self-assessments, and guest satisfaction data.

• Graduate Degree
• Minimum two years’ experience with a hotel operation or the service industry sector
• Detail-oriented – strict attention to detail and accuracy
• Expert skills with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Strong data analysis skills
• Results oriented individual with a high-energy work ethic
• Effective team player as well as able to work effectively independently
• Strong interpersonal skills
