Job Description

You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served, achieved through developing and maintaining a strong team environment, delivery of prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards. Further you handle daily team member relations, and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role
  • Passion for leadership and teamwork.
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
  • Supporting day-to-day operation of the outlets to ensure operation run smoothly.
  • Coordinating with marketing team in launching promotions of all outlets.
  • Handling daily payment of casual, invoices, receipt and present to Finance Department.
  • Responsible for doing cash advance, petty cash, payment requisition and accrued.
  • Working closely with purchasing department to raise CAPEX, purchase order/request, handle and follow up on all F&B shipment orders.
  • Meeting with various suppliers in selecting and working on product and service.
  • Attending weekly and monthly meeting with Director of F&B and Restaurant Managers
  • Submitting daily booking report of all outlets at the end of the day.
  • Answering phone call and replying an email, ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Secretarial duties and support.
  • Assisting others duties that the Director of F&B assigns.
