Job Description

  • Represent Anantara Vacation Club in a professional, courteous and sincere fashion to all customers and colleagues, in line with company values
  • A Bachelors degree in a discipline such as Business Administration is desirable
  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint) is desirable
  • Previous experience of detailed process management or analysis
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment, working closely with colleagues

Qualifications

  • Oversee the basic requirements of Consumer Finance and Contract Administration
  • Liaise with internal departments - Sales Administrators, Club Services, and Finance to determine the scope of potential contracts
  • Help process sales to close in a timely manner
  • Maintain database and updating information for new and existing contracts
  • Assure standardization of contract terms and conditions across all agreement types
  • Maintain detailed and organized files for each contract which will include original contract, changes, clarifications, and payment schedules
  • Monitor contract status and respond to queries appropriately
  • Prepare report to summarize sales summary, weekly closings and month end closing
