• Perform the full software development lifecycle to testing and deployment, also including able to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Take complete ownership of assigned tasks for incidents, changes, problems, initiatives, projects that have to coordinate & execute with constant communication to all stakeholders at all steps
• Maintenance, enhancements, re-design for new feature and deployment CRM environment
• Working with internal teams to establish the appropriate scope, deliverables, timetable, and other project requirements
• Identification of creative approaches to meet requirements without the development of custom code, proactively adhere and enforce standards and best practices.
• Establish/develop/modify a system for the analysis of the effectiveness of all CRM programs.
• Develop and implement CRM programs to support company business.
• Help brands establish processes to enable tracking and analysis of consumer communication programs

• Past Working experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM Software development (design & implement) and Consulting (solution and problem solving)
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Direct work experience in project management capacity
• Proficient in project management software
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Sound independent judgment
• Undergraduate degree in one of Accounting or Finance, Engineering, Construction, Project Management
• Fluent in English
