Job Description

Recruitment Manager is responsible for attracting talents from various sources and driving the talent strategy proactively for the dynamic branded luxury time share business, Anantara vacation Club. This role will support the current business and also plan ahead for the upcoming opening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the recruitment strategy and planning to meet the needs of the business, aligned with the overall AVC business plan
  • Develops and implements the recruitment strategy to meet the dynamic business needs of the luxury branded time share business.
  • Completes the regular reports related to recruitment activities, maintains the talent database and able to strengthen the succession plans proactively.
  • Ensures in-full, on time recruitment for all vacant positions from appropriate internal or external searches.
  • Effectively manages various job boards to attract talents from various markets.
  • Supports the recruiting teams on the site and work collaboratively to drive the talent management strategy.
  • Complete the regular reports related recruitment activities, maintain the talents database in a daily/monthly/yearly basic.
  • Ensure in-full, on time recruitment for all vacant positions from appropriate internal or external candidates
  • Management the blacklist in a timely manner on the Taleo system.
  • Working on the online job posting process, including the websites used and the quality of the posted advertisements, working through the Company’s Taleo recruitment system for all the positions.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources, including job boards, niches sites, and social networking sites to attractive, identify and recruit the right candidate.
  • To implement the company’s HR operational policies and processes, ensuring that these are followed by all associates.
  • To advise operational managers about all matters relating to recruitment process and ensure company policy and procedure is strictly adhered to.
  • To implement all processes relating to the sourcing & recruitment of new associates, including job advertising, interviewing and reference checking.
  • Working closely with line managers.  Determine which recruitment channels to use, and recruit in full, against the Manpower Plan
  • Monitor the individual performance in the first 90 days; make sure hire right people for the right position. 
  • To assist in communication of key messages to all staff.  To promote employee communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from staff.  To support all activities designed to reinforce associate engagement.
  • Making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided.
  • Assist on other HR projects and initiatives.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Group Director of Human Resources

Qualifications

  • Full understanding of HR policy and process.  Good understanding of Thailand labour law.
  •  Aptitude to learn and become expert in Recruitment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience in sourcing candidates and structured interviewing
  • Organized, self disciplined, focused, accurate.
  • Act with personal professionalism and integrity at all times
  • Display a positive attitude, even under pressure
