The boat captain's primary responsibility is to administer the day-to-day operations needs of boat by safely and proficiently driving the boats and tending to their maintenance. Duties include seeing to the safety and comfort of guests during their journey, supervising crew members, ensuring all equipment on-board are in perfect working condition and the boat is well-maintained and clean.

• Relevant qualification and license to drive the vessel
• Physically fit to work long hours on the sea
• Young, energetic and well organized
• Eye for detail
• Good communication skills, pleasant personality and positive attitude
• Basic level of English

Successful candidates will be working as a Captain of the Supply boat supplying goods from Male' to Anantara Kihavah twice a week
