• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances 

• Produce and update the payable accounts status by monthly / weekly report  

• Analyse and give recommendations on any issues related  to payments or collections

• Monitor customer database in the assigned territory  

• Work well in coordination with purchasing team 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or any related fields 

Experience: 

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable management  

• The capability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadline
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills
• A passion for retail
• Good computer skill esp. in Ms excel ( pivot table & Vlook up)
