Job Description

You will be passionately and enthusiastically directing day-to-day activities of the sales team  to drive results, liaise effectively with all operational colleagues, providing support and information to ensure accurate delivery of  our promise, maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge on all Anantara product and service offering. You will develop rapports with key clients and feel comfortable taking risks by entering into new markets. You will have to approach personal sales activities from a strategic perspective, understanding the relative importance and priority of the current account base, and directing personal sales efforts.Your key responsibility for over all Japanese market business, Japanese corporate companies, wholesales & leisure agents, MICE companies / group, Embassy of Japanese, Japanese Chamber of Commerce

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years sales hotel or Travel Agent any related field , with 1 years plus at the supervisory level
• Bachelor Degree in any related field
• Good command of spoken and written English, Japanese
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, Internet, e-mail)
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skill and strong leadership
