The Launch crew primary responsibility is to assist the Boat Captain administer the day-to-day operations needs of boat and passengers. Duties include seeing the safety and comfort of guests during their journey, ensuring all equipment on-board are in perfect working condition and the boat is well-maintained and clean.

• High School Diploma
• Must have at least minimum 1 experience in similar capacity
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
• Strongly committed to team work and customer service
• Good communication skills
• Must have maldivian maritime training certificate
