In addition, Minor Lifestyle also operates contract manufacturing business under Nawasri Manufacturing.

Operations Manager is responsible for overall operations, processes and activities on own website with the ultimate objective to develop, communicate and implement plans to maximize sale to meet or exceed goals and objectives

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure each customer receive exceptional service by providing an open, friendly environment which include greeting and acknowledging every customers, maintaining exceptional standard, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer services model via Charles & Keith website
• Oversee and direct performance in the following areas under Charles & Keith website platform: customer check out, shipping and receiving, inventory control, facility maintenance, and accounting operations
• Act proactively in seeking and sharing current an accurate knowledge for products and services
• Develop, communicate and implement plans to maximize sale to meet or exceed goals and objectives.
• Frequently coordinate and collaborate with buyer team, warehouse and customer services 
• Manage & develop customer communications, ensuring customers are kept informed about the status of their delivery at every point in the delivery process via Marketplace suppliers 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or any related field
• Minimum 8 years of managerial online operations
• English: Intermediate level required
• Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
• Proven experience in customer relationship management
