Job Description

1.    Job Purpose:

Responsible for supporting, delivering effective and efficient the administrative and secretarial function of SED/MCU team to ensure that the supervisor effectively perform his/her job. The responsibility includes maintain of administrative organization that includes typing, filing, correspondences and organizing MCU’s team executives scheduling related to functions. Collaborate with HR Brands to ensure that skills development requirements and governance are effectively complied with.

 

2.    Main Responsibilities:

2.1 Administrative Function

·         Support team MCU/SED in all administrative function includes typing, filing, composing correspondences with educational institution.

·         Serve required secretarial function to all MCU/SED Executives assistant in reserving transportation arrangement for business trips, booking accommodation, prepare Travel Authorization Form (TAF) etc. ensure that the trip has been effectively arrange prior to the planned date.

·         Liaise with HR Brand to compile Skill Development Department document and ensure the submission meets required deadline.

·         Follow documents for tax benefit claim for all business units and brands to ensure the deadlines are met.

·         Schedule MCU/SED Department’s Meeting and communicate to ensure participation of team meeting as planned.

·         Take and complete meeting minutes submitted to Group Director to review before distribution.

·         Keep information on sharepoints up-to-date including ensure the SED site on sharepoints is well-maintained.

·         Supply and maintain an appropriate level of office supplies to ensure the effectiveness of operational requirements.

·         Support MCU/SED Executive to prepare presentations, reports, MCU/SED data as assigned.

·         Retrieve raw data of MCU/SED for Executives to complete their monthly and/or individual reports.

 

2.2    Sourcing, Recruitment and Selection Support Function

·         Follow up with brand/business unit on the consolidation of requested student acquisition reflecting the business and/or expansion of each business units, brands.

·         Coordinate with educational institutes and support in student recruitment arrangement prior to the planned date

·         Prepare and produce sourcing and recruiting promotional material for MCU/SED Executive.

·         Support assigned recruitment trip as per deem needed.

 

Other Duties:

·         Adhere to the company’s employee rules & regulations.

·         Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.

·         Exercises responsible behaviour at all times, positively representing the MFG.

·         Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.

·         Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

·         Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times.

·         Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

3. Job Profile:

·         Working days and hours flexible as job requirements

·         Able to work on holidays & weekends, as needed

·         Frequent presentation in Thai language

·         Able to organise events and can be trainer

·         Able to analyse data and prepare reports

·         Handle multiple projects and multiple brands/ responsibilities at the same time

4.    Job Specifications:​​​​​​​

Qualifications:

  • Strong in inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literate (Microsoft Words)
  • Strong in driving results and people management and development
  • Typing both English and Thai

 

Education:

·         At least Bachelor degree in any related fields

 

Experience:

·         At least 1-2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative work with well-known firm
