Job Description

HRM Manager will develop, improve and provide HR management practices and advices to employees and business leaders through his/her expertise.  The role is expected to enhance standards of HR management practices to the next level and ensure standardization of roll out across businesses under Lifestyle.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Organization Design

  • Gather information from business to design and propose organization structure to support current and future business of Lifestyle
  • Revisit and redesign job to fit to new organization structure
  • Coordinate with ‘Talent Acquisition’ team to identify and plan workforce needed for current and future business
  • Develop standard criteria or guideline to improve or review organization structure to balance governance, efficiency and responsiveness
  • Monitor, manage and advise HRBP on organization structure in alignment with overall of business group practices

2. Job Evaluation

  • Clarify factors or definitions used to evaluate jobs
  • Improve or redesign factors or definitions for job evaluation as a standard for Lifestyle business group
  • Develop a tool to support job evaluation and job grade justification
  • Educate HRBP and related HR or line managers to understand job evaluation factors and method
  • Monitor and review job grades across business under Lifestyle with suggestions to HRBP, HR representatives or line managers to ensure alignment across Lifestyle group

3. Compensation and Benefits

  • Monitor and review compensation and benefits policies to be up to date
  • Benchmark current practices with external reliable sources such as market survey or reports to check competitiveness of Lifestyle compensation and benefits and align with Minor pay principles to attract and retain different groups of staff
  • Improve or redesign compensation and benefits related processes to be more efficient and effective
  • Review and improve guidelines or tools for merit increase, bonus and other benefits as standard for businesses under Lifestyle
  • Redesign and provide proper communication to all related businesses or stakeholders to understand any change of compensation and benefits policies or procedures to maintain the new standard across Lifestyle

4. HR Report

  • Initiate and develop new format of HR report for HR team under Lifestyle
  • Review current data gathering and analysis and improve way of doing to provide more insightful and impactful information for HR report
  • Redesign process and tools for HR report to be more responsiveness and more insightful

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Administration fields
  • Minimum 8-year experience of Human Resources in both corporate and consulting businesses
  • Experience in handling multi types of businesses or stakeholders will be advantage
