Minor Lifestyle is one of Thailand's largest distributors of lifestyle brands with over 400 points of sale focusing primarily on fashion and lifestyle products. Its brands include Gap, Esprit, Bossini, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Etam, Anello, Radley, Charles & Keith, Pedro, Zwilling J.A. Henckels, Joseph Joseph, Minor Smart Kids and Bemynt. In addition, Minor Lifestyle also operates contract manufacturing business under Nawasri Manufacturing.

• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
• Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
• Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• • Graduated in fashion or retail management is a plus
• • Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, inventory management or retail marketing
• • Background in retail/apparel/ fashion/ fashion accessories.

• Understand of what motivates customers to buy particular products
• Good analytical skills to work out present and future trends
• Communication and team-working skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Negotiation skills and ability to influence others
• Numeracy skills and ability to use computer modelling software ( Excellent in Ms excel esp. Pivot Table, Vlook up)
