Minor Lifestyle is one of Thailand's largest distributors of lifestyle brands with over 400 points of sale focusing primarily on fashion and lifestyle products. • Develop the assortment strategy, product selection and category plans for Business manager approval
• Determine product allocation, replenishment and reallocation and preparing allocation plans for Business Manager approval
• Prepare sales forecasts and determining OTB Budget for Brand Manager approval and preparing product orders and managing product lifecycle
• Conduct detailed sales, sell through, inventory and margin analysis to drive merchandising plans and boost sales
• Determine product pricing for new arrivals and adjusting product pricing for discount items for approval by the Business Manager
• Prepare the promotion strategy and promotion calendar
• Manage product promotions and collaborating with the Retail Marketing Manager to plan for sales and outside promotions and events
• Assist Business Manager in managing relationship with principal
• Provide product knowledge training for shop staff
• Give regular brief to VM team on product range
• Provide input to Retail Marketing team on new product arrivals

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Graduated in fashion or retail management is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, inventory management or retail marketing
• Background in retail/apparel/ fashion/ fashion accessories.
