직무 설명

You will be responsible for effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative and secretarial function in the Finance department. From maintaining the administrative organization that includes typing, filing, correspondence and distributing in-coming mails/faxes computerized database of all report and systematic plan to follow up handling appointments, incoming calls, taking the minutes of meeting and provide any assistance to the executives to ensure the smoothness and efficiency. You will work and coordinate with other departments to ensure that the responsible job of the department meets target and goals

자격 요건

 

  • At least 3 year experience in executive secretarial work, preferably with international companies
  • Effective telephone communication skills, and computer literacy
  • Proficiency in English Communication  will be advantageous
  • Korean nationals only
