Job Description

Job Purpose:

To assist in the day to day running of Training Department ensuring administration systems are followed whilst focusing on people development and the development/maintenance of digital learning platform.

Job Profile:

  • Strong Self-Driven and Discipline

  • Technology-Savvy - VDO editing & Photoshop

  • Able to work on weekend and flexible working hours

  • Able to travel around Thailand

  • Able to conduct class / public speaking in both Thai and English

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate the training according to plan, preparing classes, keep trainers and trainees well informed through effective communication.

  • Develop digital learning tools and ensure effective maintenance and updated company’s digital learning platform

  • Ensure adequate storage and maintenance of training materials

  • Conduct Training Audit at stores and be responsible for completion and accuracy of Training Report on timely basis.

  • Coordinate cross-training for all eligible employees

  • Assist with the organization of meetings, trainings, outings and other events.

  • Complete necessary purchase request/ purchase order and other financial clearance according to company’s finance policy

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development or any related fields

  • At least 3 year experience in training with evidenced tracked record of achievements in people development

  • Digital learning tools development experience is an advantage

  • Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill

  • Proficiency in English and computer literacy
