    MDL produces a variety of premium ice cream products and toppings for food brands under Minor Food such as Swensen's, Dairy Queen and Burger King, as well as supplying the same quality ingredients to leading customers outside the group
  • Minor Cheese Limited
    MCL produces a wide range of cheeses and cheese blends including mozzarella, cheddar, string cheese, Parmesan, mascarpone, cream cheese and sour cream. MCL is not only a key supplier to various restaurant operations of its parent, Minor Food, but is also a major supplier to companies in the Thai and regional food services sector.


Job Description

Lead and direct implementation of company strategy and Responsible for total accountability to run MDL/MCL business as profit centre.  Implement and development to achieve or exceed business plan and budget through the systems.

  • Create and execute company strategy planning in both short term and long term strategy planning.
  • Lead, encourage and motivate MDL/MCL team to achieve or exceed business plan and budget.
  • Recall product authorized.
  • Top management for Quality System : GMP, HACCP, HALAL, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, TIS/OHSAS 18001, ISO14001 , ISO50001
  • To support all customers business by providing excellent quality, competitively priced products through the systems of GMP, HACCP, HALAL, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, TIS/OHSAS 18001, ISO14000, ISO50001 and motivated skill staffs.
  • Understand and always update on country’s politic, economic, regulatory environment and global environment which can be impacted to MDL/MCL business.
  • To seek for new market expansion both domestic and oversea.
  • Increase company efficiency by continuous improvements and extension of Quality Management System.
  • Other duties to be assigned by VP-Manufacturing


  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science or related field: Master Degree in Management, Food Science or related fields is an advantage.
  • At least 7-10 years experience in Food Factory Management level.
  • Extremely strong leadership and management skill.
  • High executive maturity, open & adaptability
  • Strong communication, analytical, conceptual and negotiation skills.
  • Able to manage smooth and productive relationship with personal from all internal customers and external customers.
  • Service-Oriented and Result Oriented.
  • Good command of English and computer literacy.
  • Able to work upcountry.
