In addition, Minor Lifestyle also operates contract manufacturing business under Nawasri Manufacturing.

Job Description

• Develop brand value proposition and setting the brand strategy to be aligned with the corporation goal and vision
• Authorize brand product selections, product orders, pricing and allocations made by the Merchandizing team
• Manage brand forecasts, plans and budgets for all functional areas within the brand
• Authorize brand promotion plans and marketing plans, including advertising spend and mix
• Authorize brand visual merchandizing plans for the brand and planograms
• Manage the relationships with the brand headquarters
• Assess market trends, sales growth, sales drivers / barriers, and profitability of brand to identify potential opportunities or gaps
• Track market dynamics and competitor positioning
• Visit stores/counters to monitor brand operations
• Lead store / POS business cases and identify the new locations
• Authorize advertising spend and media mix
• Manage strategic partnerships with external parties (e.g. sponsorships, joint promotions)
• Manage inventory management and authorize clearance strategies
• Identify and manage relationship with corporate / institutional customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Mminimum 5 years’ experience in retail brand management, marketing, finance or operations.
• Experience in managing retail business size at 400 MB and above
• Experience in managing and supervising multi -function ex. Merchandizing, Operations and Marketing etc.
• Advance computer skills ie. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point and Oracle
• Good proficiency in English
