1.    Planning and Controlling - provide written specific short term and long term objectives, action programs, schedules which budgets and coordinates with Operations, Finance and Human Resource to ensure objectives are met on time and in the quality at minimise cost. 

2.    Marketing & Strategies – direct, develop and implement marketing plans and manage periodic dynamic market that consists with corporate objectives.

2.1  Strategies

Develop both long and short-term strategies to lead Sizzler brand to be the King of Grill and Salad.

2.2  Develop team work

Maintain good working relationship and coordinate with Operations team, Purchasing and New product development team with a view to ensure a proper implementation of marketing plans consistent with the company's short and long terms sales and profit growth objectives.

2.3  Evaluation of Sales

Monitor sale performance, anticipate causes affecting performance, indicate magnitude of impact on sales and provide Management, Operation and Finance with attractive promotion campaigns to raise sales volume.

2.4  Cost of Goods and Pricing Analysis

Work with finance and purchasing team to conduct value analysis and ensure favourable

COG ratio to sales through cost improvement projects. Continue competitor and pricing

Analysis and try to position our product at the accessible price to customers.

2.5  Promotion and Advertising campaign

Direct, develop, implement and evaluate of effective promotion and advertising programs in cooperation with Advertising Agency. Ensure budgeting control on promotion and advertising expenditure.

2.6  Market Research 

Maintain through surveys of reliable suppliers, quantitative and qualitative marketing information to help refine advertising and promotional strategies.

2.7  New Product Development 

Seek and develop new products by utilizing Market Research data and develop new product based on finding opportunity to address our customer needs. Work closely with product development team to ensure that our products meet quality standard.                                                                                                                         

2.8  Digital Marketing

Plan in the development of the Sizzler Digital Marketing Calendar that should be aligned with the Sizzler Marketing Strategy House. Work with the relevant Agencies to develop the best Media strategy to communicate the digital marketing program and drive the most relevant traffic to the digital platforms.

3.    Delegate and develop the Marketing Executives to complete the projects under each of the strategies.

4.    Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Education:

·         Minimum bachelor degree in Marketing or any related fields.

Experience:

·         Minimum 5 year experience in directing and leading sales and marketing team of international       

          companies.

·         Experience in marketing communication, with good knowledge of restaurant operations and 

          management.

·         Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills

·         Strong driven for results

·         Strong in innovative and people management
