You will be ensuring that project function and department are effective and in good order and to continually support the services that effectively address problems affecting both guests and associates. Start from control all budget and work schedules, work with designer for construction drawing, negotiate price with contractor and also conduct a site survey for double checking the work details. You will be the key part of our success.

• Relevant educational background in Architecture or Engineer
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction field and must be able to look over all aspect of construction.
• Proven track record and references for construction site management either as a contractor or consultant.
• Good communication skills and team playerLoyal and high working ethics
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English.
