You will be responsible for effectiveness and efficiency of the secretarial function and daily administrative support to the General Manager. Completing all activities to the required standard, and in a timely manner. To assist other members of the Leadership Team – in the performance of their professional duties, particularly by completing administrative support tasks on their behalf. To ensure that all calls to the Executive office are answered in a professional manner, and that their queries are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. Organisation of and attendance at hotel meetings, and the efficient coordination of all logistical and support activities. Efficient processing of mail, faxes and other written communications on behalf of the hotel.
- Hospitality Education background and/or Diploma
- At least 2 year experience in executive secretarial role with 5* resort/hotel
Well-organized and well-planned
Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
Logical thinking and problem solving skills
Result-oriented with high self-drive and commitment
Resourceful and well-rounded
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision, and able to work well in team
Fluent in English Communication both written and verbal
Additional language/s: Chinese, Arabic and/or European an advantage
